Where is my order?
Depending on the delivery option you selected at checkout, we’ll email you a tracking link after your order has been shipped.
Follow this link to check the status of your order. We can also send you notifications about any important updates regarding your order – just make sure you’ve opted into notifications.
How do I cancel or edit an order?
Changed your mind, or gave the wrong address at checkout? No worries, we’ve all done it. As long as your order hasn’t processed or shipped, you can make changes to it.
You’ll first want to pull up your order. If you placed your order while logged in to your account, login and choose Your Account from the drop-down menu under your username. On your Account page, select Orders from the left-hand side, and find the order you’d like to update from your Order History.
Why was my order canceled?
Canceling your order is the last thing we want to do but some situations come up where cancellation is the best option to save you time and money. If your order is canceled, you won’t be charged. Find more information about auth holds.
The most common reasons an order might be canceled are:
- Limits on available quantities
- The item is out of stock
- Price or other listing errors
- Additional information is needed by our Credit and Fraud Avoidance department
- Unavailable carrier or shipping method
- Using an older browser or app version which is no longer supported
We will send you an email if any part of your order is canceled or if we need more information to process your order.

How do I reset my password?
Go to the signin page and click on the “Forgot password?” link. Enter your registered email address, and you’ll receive an email with a link to create a new password. Follow the link, set a new password, and you’ll be able to log in again.
How do I change my password?
To change your password on Jakcomputers, log in to your account, go to Account → Account Details, scroll down to the password section, enter your current password, then your new password, and click Save changes.
Is my personal information secure?
Yes, your personal information is secure. We use encryption, secure servers, and industry-standard security measures to protect your data.

Do i have to show proof of product defect before requesting a refund?
Yes, you typically need to provide proof of the product defect before a refund can be processed. This may include photos, videos, or a detailed description of the issue.
What is return policy?

How do I change my delivery address?
At this time, we can’t change your delivery address once the order has been processed. If your order hasn’t been processed yet, you can file a cancellation request. Then, you can place a new order with the correct address.

If your order hasn’t arrived by the expected delivery date, you can check the website to see the current status of your order here.
We offer Order Tracking service to all our customers.
Why can't you deliver to my area?
We’re always expanding our delivery area, and hope to be in your area soon! Please register with us, so we can email you as soon as we start delivering to your address.
Fees & billing
Do you accept Cash upon Delivery?
Yes, we accept Cash on Delivery as a payment option for eligible orders and locations. You can choose this method at checkout.
Do you charge any additional fees or taxes?
No we do not charge any taxes or additional fees, however, according to you’re location there might be a delivery charge for the delivery company in charge.
Do you provide invoices or receipts?
Of course, once you confirm your order, you will receive an email of the invoice containing all the order information, details and total price.
