Returns and Exchanges

JAK COMPUTER  accepts returns or exchanges for defective products in their original condition and packaging, provided they were received with defect and have not been used. Upon delivery, the product will usually be opened and checked before the user confirms the order. However, if the product is damaged upon delivery to your site, please notify our customer service team within the same day to look into the refund. If the product is not damaged, the return will not be accepted.
